Dani Valent's Signature Dish Series with Phillippa

Phillippa is collaborating with renowned food writer Dani Valent for her Signature Dish Series of exclusive experiences with top chefs.

Ten participants only will join us for a behind-the-scenes morning at Phillippa’s Richmond factory. We’ll watch Phillippa’s famous mince pies being made. We’ll learn how to make our own mince pies, then sit down for luncheon and a champagne mini-masterclass.

Guests will go home with the mince pies they’ve crafted, the recipe, a key ingredient to make mince pies at home, a bottle of premium wine and other goodies. This is an exclusive one-off event!
