What is the cut-off date for Christmas Hamper orders? 
Friday 4 December 2020 is the last day for orders to allow time for postal delivery. The postal delivery services are taking longer than usual due to COVID requirements and we expect this will continue to be the case in the lead up to the busy Christmas season. 

When will Christmas Hampers be delivered? 
Christmas Hampers will be ready for dispatch from week commencing 23 November 2020. They will be dispatched from this time, unless a specific delivery date is requested.

Do you have any special offers on bulk orders of Christmas Hampers? 
Yes. We offer a special 10% off pre-orders of Christmas Hampers. Orders for a minimum value of $1,000 on Christmas hampers need to be made by midnight Sunday 11 October 2020. 

Can I create a bespoke Christmas Hamper for staff/ clients? 
Yes. You can customise a hamper to suit your needs and budget. If you would like to customise your bulk order, contact us on (03) 9428 5363 or email

Can I add corporate branding to the Hampers? 
Yes. You can supply us with items that fit in or on the hamper, such as branded cards, small Christmas trinkets or corporate ribbon. 

Do you deliver around Australia? 
Yes. We can deliver hampers Australia-wide. We do not ship internationally, however we are pleased to partner with Sally Clarke and our customers can order special hampers to be delivered in London. View the hampers at

Can I order the hampers and pay online?
Yes. You can select the hampers and pay for them online, however only one delivery address can be entered at checkout. Therefore, you'll need to download and complete the Bulk Order Form, and send it to us - with your order number - on the same day. Alternatively, you can order by calling us on (03) 9428 5363 or emailing

What are the shipping rates?
We ship Australia Post and other courier services, and fees are calculated based on their rates. We will calculate the shipping fees upon receiving your order and will confirm with you. Hampers valued at $100 or more are shipped free to 1 delivery location.

If I'm ordering 1 or a small quantity of hampers, can I collect them in store?
Yes. You can order online, Click & Collect, and pick up from our Armadale, Brighton or Richmond stores. Please allow 3 days from placing your order to collecting it. 

Can I add a personalised message for the hamper recipients? 
Yes. You can provide a personalised message and we will put it on a lovely gift card and include it in the hampers. Maximum 40 word limit per message.
