- Perfect your skills making natural yeasted (time dough) and sourdough breads, with our 30-year-old starter, and without improving ingredients.
- Expand your technique knowledge, and learn more about using real, fresh seasonal ingredients.
- Make pastries and croissants from scratch using traditional techniques and authentic ingredients.
- You will need to be punctual, fit, strong and enjoy physical demands of baking.
