Our second store opened at 608 Hampton Street, Brighton, in February 2006. Phillippa's Bakery in Brighton is a celebration of bread. Along with our popular tin loaves and rolls, the on-site bakery produces several signature breads available only at the store, including Brighton Bun, a sweet and sticky coiled bun; Brighton Sourdough 'boules' (round two kilogram loaves made with organic flour); and grain-studded Sultana and Orange loaf.

We also sell ready-to-go sandwiches and essentials like Phillippa's biscuits, muesli and preserves, along with butter, milk and cheese.
